We provide traditional Quantity Surveying services including; Cost Planning, Estimating, Procurement Advice, Preparing Tender Documents, Management of the Tender Process,  Cost Report and Monitoring, Valuation of Works, Assessment of Variations and the Settlement of Final Accounts.

We can also act as your Employer’s Agent on Design and Build contracts, in addition to the above this service also include; Preparation of employer’s requirements, Detailed review of contractor’s proposal, Coordination of design team (pre-contract/novation, Contract administration and Coordination of project handover.

We provide full estimating and tendering services to Main Contractors. These services include, Review of Tender Documents, Risk Identification and Management, Preparation of Builders Quantities, First Principal Estimating, Preparation  and Management of Subcontract Quotations  and Preparation of Tender Return Documents.
